General
The Principal expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions by fully and unconditionally applying them to all contractual relationships with the Carrier, as well as to all actions and claims against the latter. Subject
Subject
The Carrier undertakes to conclude, in its own name and on behalf of the Principal, a transport contract and related ancillary operations, in the Italian territory (including San Marino and Vatican City) and internationally.
Specifically, through the web interface, the Principal requests the Carrier and its partners to take charge of their shipments and electronically manage the data, take charge of the parcels, transport them, and deliver them, as well as provide logistics and warehouse services related to order processing.
The Principal, whether acting on their own behalf or on behalf of others in the conclusion of the shipping contract, agrees that this contract unconditionally regulates all contractual relationships with the Carrier, including the conditions related to pick-up, delivery, transactions, electronic data management, logistics, as well as customer support and contractual and non-contractual claims.
Acceptance of shipment by the user
The Carrier, by virtue of the mandate received, offers Users an operational support service (hereinafter "Service") for shipping and transportation activities carried out by national and international operators in the sector.
The Principal and the User, therefore, agree and acknowledge the Carrier's right to entrust all or part of the transport to Carriers and sub-carriers and/or auxiliaries who, by virtue of carrier responsibility, will be responsible for the execution of the transport and related issues.
The User and the Principal expressly accept and declare that:
- the number of parcels, the weight of each parcel (including volumetric weight), and each dimension provided are true, acknowledging that, if the information provided during the shipment loading on the website interface of the Site is not accurate during the check, additional costs may be incurred or the carrier may refuse to take charge (with corresponding charges);

They have acknowledged the list of goods that the Carrier and the National Transport Law define as unacceptable for transport and, therefore, these items have not been included.
Having read and understood the transport conditions of the chosen Carrier.
Packaging
Packaging the goods to be shipped is a very important operation and serves to ensure the integrity of the product, safety, and hygiene, and is essential to prevent contact with atmospheric agents during transport. Packaging is one of the key parts of the shipping process and is often underestimated, thinking that it cannot be a reason for loss or damage to the package contents, so it must be done with extreme care and following the instructions provided. Once the goods to be shipped are properly packaged, make sure all labels are attached to the package and are legible. Even in the case of luggage or gifts that already have an outer packaging, it is still advisable to place them inside a box to protect the contents.
Documents
- Use document envelopes, even padded ones.
- Ship only unbound paper material.
- Transcribe complete sender, complete recipient, and tracking number with a thick-tip marker on the envelope.
Parcels
- Use a parallelepiped-shaped corrugated cardboard box, new, certified for the weight to be shipped, at least double-wave high-strength, suitable for the items to be shipped.
- Insert at least 5 cm of polystyrene sheets between the inner walls of the box and the contents to cushion impacts or stress.
- Wrap each item to be shipped with at least 2.5 cm of polystyrene or bubble wrap so they are properly separated.
- Fill any empty space inside the package with polystyrene or other filling material. This helps prevent damage from collisions between products and protects them from external shocks and vibrations during transport.
- Do not combine 2 or more boxes into a single body, each box must have its transport label.
- Close the box properly with pressure-sensitive PVC tape or reinforced nylon adhesive tape, applying at least 3 cross strips (both vertically and horizontally) on both the top and bottom, so that the three joint lines are sealed.
- Do not wrap the package with kraft paper, cellophane, or other material, as if it were accidentally detached, the waybill would be lost.
- Apply the label to the top of the package. To avoid confusion, place a single address label on the package.
- Use a transparent pocket to hold any additional documents (invoice, export permit, etc.), apply it on the same surface of the package where the transport label is located. If there is not enough space, apply it laterally.
- Transcribe complete sender, complete recipient, and tracking number with a thick-tip marker on the package.
Pallets/Skids
- Use pallets with standard height, so they can be forked by the pallet truck.
- Package the goods in appropriate boxes.
- Position the goods so there are no empty spaces and the shape is regular to allow the stacking of other goods.
- Do not apply inscriptions or symbols such as: fragile, non-stackable, glass, not-stackable, etc.
- Leave a safety margin between the products and the edge of the pallet.
- Secure the goods to the pallet using plastic or metal straps and/or packaging cellophane.
- Transcribe complete sender, complete recipient, and tracking number with a thick-tip marker on the packaging, clearly visible.
Suitcases/Bags
- Goods must be packaged as if they were inside a package (see "PARCELS").
- It is recommended to wrap the suitcase in packaging cellophane or insert it in a box to protect it during transport. If the suitcase were to be damaged, there would be no reimbursement as it is considered packaging.
- If the suitcase were to travel without cellophane or a box, apply the shipping documents in a way that they do not detach, as the shipment could be lost. (For example, insert them in a transparent document storage sleeve and make many cross wraps of tape around the entire perimeter of the suitcase.)
- The suitcase MUST NOT be closed with padlocks.
Acceptance of shipment by the carrier (Shippable goods)
By placing an order or reloading Credit on the Site, the Principal requests, for all intents and purposes, the acceptance of a shipment or expresses the irrevocable intention to generate credit for shipments. The Carrier reserves the right to accept the request and process the shipment within a maximum of 72 hours, communicating, within this time frame, the acceptance of the shipment or the possible refusal of the same.
It is always prohibited to ship:
- items for which AnonymousLabels is required to obtain a special license or special transport, import or export permit;
- items whose transport, import, or export are prohibited or regulated by laws or regulations;
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the Carrier does not accept the following prohibited goods. You can find the list of prohibited goods on the official website of the selected carrier.
If such goods are delivered to the Carrier without its express knowledge and/or consent, the Carrier has the right to terminate the contract and refuse, store, dispose of the goods, or possibly destroy them, and the User will be required to respond, in full, for all harmful consequences and any costs incurred by the Carrier for various reasons.
It is essential for the user to ensure that shipments are properly packaged to protect their contents (see the specific section).
The user will not be refunded if they ship an item in the above-mentioned categories or if the packaging is non-compliant or protruding and lacks a thickness aimed at adequately protecting the contents.
Prohibited items according to courier shipping policies

Carriers may have specific rules on which items can be shipped through their services and which are prohibited due to regulations, hazards, or other considerations.
